Fabio on Top Chef All-Stars
Fabio Viviani (born October 10, 1978, Florence) is an Italian chef. Viviani appeared on reality TV show Top Chef on Bravo during season 5. He was one of the final four contestants when he was eliminated from the competition and was voted "Top Chef Fan Favorite" by viewers. Currently Viviani was just eliminated as a contestant on Top Chef: All-Stars season 8, placing eighth. Viviani also works as the private chef of William Shatner, and holds endorsement contracts with Italian mineral water producer San Pellegrino and German frozen pizza producer Dr. Oetker. He was the runner-up for fan favorite in season 8, losing to Carla Hall.
